  • All products are hand-poured candles made in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Payment in full is required at checkout.

  • If we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized orders, we may refuse or cancel them.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference or buyer’s remorse.

  • If your candle arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping as outlined in our [Shipping Policy].

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

6. Local Pickup (Maryland Only)

  • Local pickup is available for Maryland customers only.

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe may be cancelled, and a restocking fee may apply.

7. Third-Party Services

  • We use third-party services (including Shopify, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and shipping carriers) to process orders.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from those providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, It’s More Than A Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or site.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
