All Sales Are Final

  • Please note that all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Broken Candles

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the candle(s) and packaging are required.

  • Claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only.

  • After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processing.


Local Pickup Orders

  • Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days.

  • Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled, and a restocking fee may apply.
