We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Broken Candles

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Photos of the candle(s) and packaging are required.

Claims will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only.

After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processing.
Local Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days.

Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled, and a restocking fee may apply.
