What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all purchases are considered final sale. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged — claims must be submitted within 24 hours with photos.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your package leaves our studio.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping:
- $9 → 1–2 candles
- $12 → 3–4 candles
- $18 → 5+ candles

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available in Abingdon, Maryland only. Orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase.
Where are your candles made?
All of our candles are hand-poured in Maryland in small batches to ensure quality.
What ingredients do you use?
We use a natural soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each candle is designed for a clean, long burn.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Never burn for more than 3 hours at a time, and always keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets. For full tips, visit our [Candle Care] page.
